Shipping & Processing
In order to offer a wide range of products, Conjured Concepts uses a variety of well-established companies to produce her products. Most of the items sold are made-to-order to avoid over-production and waste. Each company has different turnaround times to make each product. Please note that these times do not include shipping transit. Once the product has been shipped you will be notified by email.
Please allow one week for processing and 1-2 weeks for shipping. If it seems like your product is taking longer than expected, please contact me and read the "Lost/Stolen Shipments" section if applicable. You can use the "Contact" Page or email conjuredconcepts@gmail.com
Lost/Stolen Shipments
If you have not received an email that your product has been shipped, please see the "Shipping and Processing" section.
Once you receive notification that your order has been shipped, you should receive it within 1-2 weeks. If your item has not been received within that time frame please contact me with your order number within two weeks after the expected delivery date. You can notify me using our "Contact" page or by emailing conjuredconcepts@gmail.com
Address Changes
It is very important to double check your shipping information before completing a purchase. I can try and help you as much as possible but I can only do so much. Please notify me right away if this issue arises. I am not responsible if your item becomes lost/stolen due to an incorrect address and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. However, if the item has shipped and you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturing facility. Once your order returns to the facility, I can ship your order back to you with your updated address, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Unfortunately most of the manufacturing facilities does not store packages for free so if I am not contacted as soon as possible, you may be responsible for additional costs such as shipping costs to relocate your items or the costs to store large items/orders. This does not include the shipping costs to send the items back to you.
Returns/ Exchanges
Please contact me before attempting to return an item. Since the products are made-to-order, I unfortunately cannot issue a refund on the account of buyers remorse. If the order you received is incorrect, misprinted, damaged, or defective please contact me with your order number and sufficient photos within 2 weeks after receiving the item.
